Q: How long do I keep the Game Ready or CPM?
A:
The authorized amount of time for use will be determined by your physician prior to surgery. If your insurance coverage does not cover the entire length of the doctors recommend prescription our billing department will contact you.
Q: Can I use the Game Ready and CPM at the same time?
A:
No. The Game Ready is a pressure sensitive system. Using the Game Ready and CPM at the same time will cause a pressure error resulting in an unusable Game Ready System.
Q: What do I do with my equipment when I am done?

Q: What does "LF" mean?
A:
This means that there is a low flow of water through the unit. Make sure that there is enough water in the system and that all the connections are attached properly.
Q: What does "OP" error mean?
A: This means Over Pressure. For some reason the systems safety checks have detected pressure exceeding the amount desired. This can be caused by movement in or around the wrap or by the wrap not being applied tightly enough.
